How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The first thing I do is ask what their goals are and then assess where they are in relation to those goals. Then I build a plan that meets them where they are, and every week push them just a little harder. This is how, over the course of 6 months, I got a client from a starting point of only being able to do 2 pushups on her knees to doing 7 on her feet.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no one size fits all secret. Everyone's body is so different - for some it will be as easy as cutting out soda, and for others it'll take months of full lifestyle changes. If there is a secret, it's simply to not give up.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the way people feel when they've noticed progress. From "I lifted my suitcase overhead on my flight last week!" to "my chronic pain has gotten better since we started working together," I love knowing I helped my clients.

I listen and I care. If something is too hard, if something hurts, if you're having a low-energy day - I will try my best to work around it with you while still giving you an effective workout. I want to make our sessions a good experience for you.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I'm fully vaccinated, sanitize my equipment between sessions, and will wear a mask if requested. If I'm sick, even with a cold, I'll let you know. I will never come to your house sick unless we've discussed it. I also request clients let me know if they're sick, as I have a compromised immune system and also do not want to spread anything to anyone else.
