Hired Austin to install our brand new range, hood, and fridge based on the 5 star reviews and his responsiveness. Have not moved into our new home yet so trusted that Austin did the job he was hired to do without me supervising. Unfortunately did not have a 5 star experience. Went to the house day after installation to find that the refrigerator was the only item completed. Already paid him in full day prior ($950 for his service - including $250 to an outside electrician he hired) - when I reached out to let him know the range wasn't installed (also not working and left on a cardboard box, unassembled, in my walkway), he did nothing to try and make it right. Basically said it was working when his guys left and he knows they should have put it back in place and that I can just push it into place myself. I had to assemble the oven myself, even though he was paid to do that, and had to pay for someone else to go out and get the range up and running. Hire someone else for appliances. The guys were great; they installed my new washers and correctly set up the dryer the other installers “installed.” They took much more care in their work, respected the home and we’re able to get everything set up in under two hours!

I moved and was totally overwhelmed by the sheer number of boxes I had to open and sort through. Austin at Gabriel sent two workers to help and in five hours they had put all the boxes in the correct rooms, opened them up and put the contents away. They also moved some pieces of furniture that were too heavy for me and hauled the overflow to my shed. They were on time, professional and a joy to work with. I will definitely be using Gabriel Home Services for all my future projects! More...
