How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The first thing we need to do in order to achieve fitness goals is to go through a proper fitness assessment. When you set up an appointment to see us, we will do body fat/bmi testing, health questionaire, and physical tests to check to see if you have any physical limitations or restrictions. Having these questions answered would allow us to give the best recommendations and goal settings.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is one simple secret, all it requires is EFFORT and FOCUS!!! Pace yourself and set simple goals that will not stress you out. For example if you want to lose weight, focus on 1-2lbs a week. It's a goal that's most feel that they can accomplish.

The relationship that we build with our clients. Not only do we help them get results, we also develop long term relationships.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom to help people under our own standards and beliefs. The flexilibity to be creative and build a business with you only in mind.
