I"m an event planner and refer Vox to my clients. I recently had the pleasure working with DJ Kahai and let me tell you. .. HE IS AMAZING! I really enjoyed his personality, how he communicated with our clients, his positive attitude, how he actually listened to the clients needs (some DJ's are tough to work with on this one -- not at VOX), and what impressed me a lot was that during our short ceremony to reception flip he offered to help me with set up! I don't ever say no to extra helping hands. ;) Of course, Kahai was the first to ask to help my team out and not only did this help us finish earlier, but it was a great time to get to know him. My husband and I utilized DJ Carlos' expertise for our wedding and could not be happier with the way things turned out. People danced the entire night and we so heard many compliments about how good the music was! Carlos also stunned us with his ability to work the mic' in front of a room full of 160 people as he introduced us for our first dance and introduced those who were making speeches. We had about an hour meeting two weeks prior and Carlos took notes on the handful of "must haves." And on the big day, he executed each of them flawlessly. Vox DJ's was a pleasure to work with and I am so glad I chose them for my wedding. They are reasonably priced and there are so many DJ's to choose from at all different levels of experience. I chose the fabulous DJ Rob Christie and he was wonderful! He took a lot of time to talk to me and my fiance to discuss our musical tastes, learn our story and work on the reception timeline. Everyone raved about the music from start to finish pre-ceremony to reception. All of my guests stayed until the very end and the dance floor was packed all night! (Amanda) My Husband and I literally did not have one single worry after booking DJ Noel to work our wedding on April 27th 2019. We could not have made a better choice! After meeting with several DJs at the AZ bridal show in Jan 2019, we came across the booth for VOX. We were blown away with how much they have to offer and how experienced their staff is! Our venue was not a standard "wedding venue" but DJ Noel took care of everything! He knew exactly how to plan to make every transition from outside ceremony, inside cocktail hour and banquet reception! Our day was flawless thanks to all the help he did with preparing us and helping decide how best to make the venue flow. VOX DJ's provided the music and photo booth for my wife and my 40th birthday party. Super easy to contact and make arrangements. Photo booth had props and a custom design on the strips for our party. Mike the booth attendant was friendly and got everything set up and tore down in no time. We got a copy of every strip and a flash drive with all photos. The DJ, also named Mike, was amazing. We were contacted by VOX prior to our event in regards to our musical tastes. Mike then personally followed up, asking what we would like for dinner music. My email said, "We like 80's and 90's music, don't want the dinner music to be a snooze fest but don't want anything to play that we wished we could dance to later." Mike absolutely killed it. My husband and I went with Vox DJs for our wedding and we are extremely happy that we did. We used their DJ and lighting services and loved how professional the entire Vox team was the moment we booked them. Their response time was always very quick if we had a question. Most importantly, the team arrived to the venue on time and had everything set up perfectly. Mike Rylander was our DJ and he was absolutely amazing. MAJOR Shout-Out to Brendan Shannon of VOX DJs!!! Do not let this young man's age impose any doubt's about his abilities to make your event anything less than spectacular. He kept the dance floor jumping ALL night! Brendan is professional, easy to work with, and enthusiastic about music. We couldn't have asked for better. Mike Rylander was our wedding DJ and was the perfect addition to our big day! He's really passionate about his work and put together an incredible playlist that still has our guests talking! Mike was the perfect balance of hype man while not taking any attention away from us. Our guests were on the dance floor practically the entire night! We also ordered the photo booth from VOX and it proved to be a big hit. The setup doesn't take up that much space, we we able to customize our digital photo frame, and we promptly received all the photos from the night after the party. Wow!!! I was so excited when I came across this company just by watching YouTube videos of the DJs. They were on top of everything from the beginning and gave us the absolute best DJ and person we’ve ever met. So many of our guests complimented us just on how much fun they’ve had. Even my videographers said it was the best wedding they’ve ever experienced and I truly believe it was because of Andrew Trego! Thanks to our incredible DJ, Mike Rylander! My husband are I wanted our wedding to be the ultimate party and Mike definitely delivered. He went above and beyond through out the whole night, and even played our after party. He began by getting our ceremony musicians all set up with audio, then continued to crush it all night. His attitude, energy, and his ability to read the crowd was amazing. So many guests came up to me to compliment Mike. Not only is he a natural MC and DJ, but he is also such a pleasure to be around. Mike was our wedding DJ and we were SO pleased! My husband used to DJ for fun in Portland at local bars and is VERY particular about his music choices. When I gave him wedding playlists as one of his duties to help with wedding planning we made a long list of songs that meant a lot to him. I was worried about asking an experienced wedding DJ to play mostly our own choices but Mike was on board from day 1! We were so relieved after our initial chat with him about the music and were really touched by his excitement to play our music the day of. My husband and I are seriously so impressed by DJ Daniel Cabral! We feel very lucky that we had him at our wedding. We wanted a DJ who could find the ever-difficult balance of being assertive enough to manage a wedding while not being overly chatty/noisy on the microphone. During our selection process, we watched several DJ intro videos on the Vox website and listened to their SoundCloud tracks, and we thought Daniel had great energy and a good sense of smooth song transitions. We really enjoyed our first in person meeting with Daniel. He had just the right questions, and he helped us sort through several things that were unclear to us as a first time bride and groom. We felt he really understood our wedding and our vibe! We had a lot of very particular requests, and we had a somewhat atypical wedding in terms of our DJ needs. For example, during the dance party, we needed a surprising dubstep song to start playing so our guests could drop to the dance floor and do push ups to push the earth closer to the sun to warm up the North Pole and defeat the evil simulacrum of Santa with the help of the Kraken. You know, normal wedding stuff. Daniel was a great sport and rolled with all of our unusual song needs (yeah, go figure, that wasn't the only one... we also had a fake-out couple's first dance that started as No Stars be Rebeka Del Rio but then the track melted and started playing an industrial number Eye of the Needle by Shiv-R and I lifted up my wedding gown and revealed knee high black boots and we started stomping until our friends flooded the dance floor). Daniel didn't just smile and nod at all of our weirdness, he *got* it, he embraced it, and he had his own suggestions. He killed it on the night of our wedding. The dance party went so well that after he played the last song, a guest ran up to him begging for one more dance number. Daniel checked with me for a thumbs up of approval to play more, and the dance party jammed again for an encore! What a wonderful night. More...

Trego the DJ is absolutely born to do this! He is the most talented, entertaining personality. We had every guest coming up to us asking for his name so they could have him as their DJ. There are not enough good things to say about Trego! He made our entire day go on flawlessly and provided many laughs throughout the night. We chose VOX DJs as they were a preferred vendor for our venue, The London West Hollywood hotel. Communication with VOX was easy and timely. After we selected him, our DJ, Cam, met up with us in person to get to know us and our music tastes. During the wedding, he stuck close to our suggested playlist, and when he didn't, chose songs that were consistent with our taste. It was a good match -- we selected him because the sample he posted on his website was perfectly in line with the kind of music we liked, so I feel like he really got us. The wedding went very smoothly and we got many compliments on the music! Cam also had an intuitive sense of where the party needed to go next, and what music would get it there. 5 stars. Nothing less for the team at VOX DJs. From wedding prep all the way to my wedding day, they did everything they could to make that day special. We had DJ James Shippy MC and DJ our wedding and we couldn't have asked for someone better. His experience shows. His taste is flawless and he knew exactly what to do to keep the night flowing and the people dancing. We also had the team at Vox bring a photobooth and props to our wedding and it was a big hit.
