I love this place !!!! The staff are wonderful...go above and beyond always! I go for the Myofacial Release for Fibromyalgia, Neuropathy, and Chronic Pain. On February 26, 2019 I had bilateral total knee replacements. I chose to do my outpatient physical therapy at FYSICAL after being referred there by a friend who had so much relief from her back pain after being treated there. So on March 1 I went for my first session. I was evaluated and treated by Dr Melissa that day and I could not be happier with the decision I made.What I love about FYSICAL is all of the variety of modalities they use in my rehab plan. They use active ROM exercises, passive ROM exercises, massage, electrical stimulation,ultrasound, ice, laser ( they haven't used this on me yet since I still have 30 staples in each knee. They had me on a bike my first day there which I loved.This company is like a well oiled machine and all of the therapists are so good at their craft. They all work so well together. Dr Melissa works right along side of her staff so she is there if they have any questions about her treatment plan. And she is constantly observing. Today as I was walking with my Walker she said"Put your heels down first, Jeanette. " The facility has lots of windows so I love that as well. I am so glad I chose to go here for my rehab! More...

My Gyn referred me to Ruth when she had an office in Gulf Breeze then I followed her to Crestview. I saw her for debilitating vaginal spasms. I was in tears most days for the better part of 6 yrs & many times. She not only helped me physically but also mentally & emotionally. After 6.5 yrs of treatment, they finally & miraculously stopped in 12/17. I don't think I'd be where I am today without the help of my Gyn & Ruth. I was in bad shape with my IT bands when I first went to this office. I was to the point they would never get any better but boy was I wrong. I couldn't even straighten out my left leg without crying with so much pain. After 2 visits I could already tell a big difference. This is an exceptional place. Although for my problem there was not real "fix" but even so there was some help just from the time that I was there. But in general I thought the people there were terrific. Janet is highly trained and skilled and knows what she is doing and is great at improvising for your individual needs. She will work with you every way she can to truly help you - she really cares. And when you go into the office, you are warmly greeted every time you are always made to feel welcome and cared for. For over 20 years I have suffered with chronic migraines. Constantly pumped with medication after medication, causing other health issues. I originally went to Fyzical for a different issue and just so happened to mention the migraines. After just a few short questions my therapist suggested therapy on my neck. I am now migraine free, and medication free for migraines. My only regret was to not do this sooner. The therapist I had was Karrie. She not only pretty much cured me but left me with so much advice and knowledge on how to deal with one should one happen. To give you an idea, I would have at least 2 a week...for 20+ years. The entire staff at Fysical is professional, friendly and very helpful. Our experience here was amazing! Everyone was so friendly....my son's therapist was so personable and kind. He also held him accountable for the exercises that he was supposed to be doing. My son was limping because he was in so much pain.....Dave, his therapist, had him walking in a month and a half without pain! He has resumed normal activities but was given exercises and things to continue to work on so that we don't have to have therapy again.
