I have had the honor to work side by side for 10 years with The owner Ernik, he has been working on antiques all around collin county and Dallas county area for almost 20 years, and another 10+ years doing it overseas. He’s a true craftsman! In his lifetime he has worked on Tens of thousands of antiques and double that on other furniture related pieces, his work may not be “cheap” depending on what the project is and the restoration it requires, but he will always work until the client is happy. To this day he still has not turned a single customer away due to inability to repair/restore. His care and attention to everyone’s furniture remains equal. Don’t judge him off of the couple people that were unhappy bc of their own misunderstanding. Gave me an estimate and told me what to expect after the repair to the wood rails of a bed. I wasn't happy with the results BUT they had warned me that the repair they proposed might not work. They returned and made the additional repair and I am 100% satisfied with the work. They didn't charge a service call nor did they charge for the additional work. Amazing workmanship! Worth every penny! My dad gave us this platform rocker for our nursery. His grandmother rocked him in it, so we think it's from the 1940's. It had been reupholstered once in the 80s. We picked out the fabric and they did the rest! They refinished the wood, springs, and parts. They removed the old nail heads and added the impeccable double stitching. They were professional and finished the job on time. They listened to all of our requests and offered design input as well. I took in an old radio that had been sitting in a corner of my garage since the 1980's. This radio was originally built in the 1930's and was damaged. They took the radio and made it like new! It now looks like something out of a Hollywood movie. I am so impressed with the detail of their work and you cannot see where any of the damage was and the finish and color are extraordinary.
