went to furniture mall in Duluth two separate days dealt with two different sales girl...think their names were taylor and giovanna BOTH WERE EXCEPTIONAL! ! bought a bed set with one dining room set with the other!!! both were awesome, answered all my questions!! When i called the store to see if my furniture was in ..the cashier that answered the phone had awesome customer service skills.. i think her name is keylin she was so nice !!..I called the same day and a girl named stephnie picked up the phone and she was really rude i didnt like how she spoke to me but other than that everyone else was awesome!!! i recommend you goo to the furniture mall in Duluth askkk for GIOVANNA OR TAYLOR !!! I've purchased several things from the store over the past few years and have had nothing but good experiences.  The poor reviews are really interesting to me as I've never experienced that for myself nor my family.  This is a furniture store. I appreciate when someone lets me look around for a few then comes by to acknowledge me ... that's what the store manager does.  Overall, this is a really affordable furniture store. I WAS ONLINE JUST FURNITURE SHOPPING AND FURNITURE MALL BECAME MY INTEREST I WENT TO THE DORAVILLE LOCATION THE YOUNG LADY WAS VERY POLITE SHE SAID IF YOU NEED ANY HELP IM WILLING TO HELP YOU WITH ALL YOUR PERSONAL NEEDS JUST TAKE YOUR TIME LOOKING AROUND I FOUND A NICE BLACK 3 PIECE LIVING ROOM SET & 3 CLASSY GLASS END TABLES I HAD A OPTION TO PICK UP FOR FREE OR GET DELIVERY THE SAME DAY I CHOOSE DELIVERY AND THEY WAS WILLING TO DELIVERY MY FURNITURE AFTER I GOT OFF FROM WORK THAT EVENING I RECEIVED ALL MY ITEMS IN BOX'S THEY WERE NOT THE DISPLAY ITEMS I WILL GIVE MY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THIS PLACE & WILL VISIT AGAIN THEY ALSO HAVE REASONABLE PRICES & A LAYAWAY PLANS

I have been a customer at the Kennesaw Furniture Mall location for 6 years. I have referred countless friends and family here, as well. I always find special designs and great prices! The same furniture that you may pay more at other furniture stores in this area, my husband and I found that Furniture Mall has the same items for hundreds to thousands less!! I especially like the beautiful special furniture items that I have not seen anywhere else! We purchased a gorgeous designer King size bedroom set for an extremely reasonable price. I was going to another store and then I saw this one. I walked in and yes its true. No one at the door or near it to greet you and if you have questions, you need to find someone but I am ok with that. This place is not one of those other big expensive places so don't expect that. I am more concerned with honesty and quality and I think I got both so far! The questions I had were answered and the price tag on the merchandise was honored which I appreciate! The place is a little messy and needs an upgrade and cleaning perhaps but like I said good furniture at a good price is all I really need! I will update after I use the recliner I bought. Delivery was also simple and easy. I got a call from the driver letting me know, they were coming. If a manager or corporate read this I hope they make a few changes cause I think they would get more business like that. I would consider buying from them again. :) More...
