I rented the PJ Mask mascot costumes for my son’s 4th birthday party. When the boxes arrived, I noticed an odor right away.
The odor wasn’t like the costumes had been stored for a while, it was a dirty, sweaty,
Body odor.
Upon inspection of the costumes: Owlette had thread unraveling from the body suit, browning teeth, pins sticking out, an eyebrow falling off, and visible dirt/sweat stains in the mask and shoes.
Gecko had a missing eye (that I later found in the box), the same visible dirt/sweat stains, and the front of the mask looked as though a cat had clawed at it.
Cat Boy had a broken zipper on the suit, same cat scratches and dirt/sweat stains on the mask, and was WAY smaller than described.
When I expressed my disappointment to Jeff via email, he no regard for the condition he sent the costumes in or the fact that he overcharged my card by almost double the rental amount, which I have now begun disputing with the bank.

They showed up right on time, their clown costume was appropriate for small kids and they knew exactly how to entertain and interact with young children. The whole thing went great and we were really happy to have found someone so trustworthy who could handle a bunch of toddlers at a birthday party. We had a Vampirina birthday party mascot costume character performer from Fun Factory. They did a really good job. They were on time and brought with them a bunch of games and activities for the kids to play. The games were good for the ages of the children at the party. They also gave away little party favors for the kids, stuff that was right for their ages. At the end they stayed for taking pictures and singing Happy Birthday. We rented a Frozen Olaf and Elsa mascot costumes from Fun Factory. We did the whole thing online in like 10 minutes, it was super easy. The costumes cg ame 4 days before our party and they looked GREAT!! They were easy to wear and fit an adult size no problem. The kids loved seeing Olaf and Elsa in person, and it was a great way to make our event special! The whole thing was super easy and they stayed in touch with me the entire time and answered all my questions by email and text. We rented a couple of adult sized Baby Shark mascot costumes from Funfactoryparties. They looked GREAT! The costumes had a good fit for both me and my husband, they looked good and were easy to wear. It's a great idea for a kid's birthday party, we got to keep the costumes for the whole weekend so the kids got plenty of time to meet the characters and we got tons of awesome pictures as party gifts. This is a good place to rent clowns and birthday party characters. We hired Marshall and Chase from Paw Patrol to come entertain at our 3 year old's school party. It was fun! They did music and games that were the right type of activities for that age range. We also got a clown who did balloon animal twisting and painted everyone's face. We got a really friendly clown entertainer for our 3 year old's birthday party. She was really nice, not scary and she came and did balloon animals and face painting for all the kids. She stayed 2 hours and managed to get all the kids which was a lot, we had 42 kids in total. She was patient, super nice to the kids and exactly the type of person you want to handle a huge group of toddlers. You could tell she really enjoyed her job. We have used Fun Factory twice in the past 2 years. Last year we hired them for a pony ride and petting zoo rental for my daughter's 4th birthday. They have a really neat service where they can come right to your house and set up a cute little animal zoo in your backyard. The kids loved it! My daughter especially is crazy about little animals so she was thrilled. The zoo is really cute and it came with baby chickens, some rabbits, a goat, sheep and a duck. The staff stayed the whole time and helped the kids with the animals. They even bring food so the kids can feed the animals. They did all the set up and cleaned everything up after the whole thing was over. I really didn't have to think of anything except let them know where I wanted them to put the zoo. The pony ride was amazing, a small white pony that my daughter was crazy about. I didn't think she'd ever get off! Seeing the look on her face was absolutely priceless. Another time we ordered a Disney princess theme bouncehouse. It had pics of Cinderella, Little Mermaid and stuff on it. A really good way to keep kids entertained for a long time, and also keep them from running all over your house lol! A real party - saver. Everything came on time, staff was friendly and professional and took care of everything. They even called me when they were running like 10 minutes' late which was no big deal because the party hadn't even started yet, but it shows that they are professional and care about customer service. We rented a magician, a Santa Claus entertainer and a bouncehouse from Fun Factory for our annual company Xmas party. Everything was very easy and smooth. I was able to do it all online in just a few minutes, maybe 20 at most. I got a free quote from their home page, a little bit of info and some pics and then boom, it was done. I did a deposit by Paypal and got a receipt within an hour. Good for our accounting, and it's good to have everything spelled out in writing in madvance.The magician who came was GREAT!! Wow he did an incredible job. Even the adults at the event watched the show. He did a lot of audience participation which made the whole thing more fun. It also gave us the opportunity to get a lot of pics of the kids participating in the magic show. The clown was also good, she did balloon twisting and face painting for all the kids, about 30. It was good for younger children, they all got a balloon animal so it was a good party souvenier. The bouncehouse we ordered was clean and in good condition. We had a great time at our party! We did a whole Sesame Street theme party including an Elmo themed bouncehouse rental and the costume characters of Elmo and Cookie Monster. The kids LOVED it! The characters brought a bunch of Sesame Street theme music and games that were perfect for 4 year olds. The bouncehouse was clean and just the right size for small children and toddlers. We had a GREAT time with this company! We got a pony ride and a clown and both were super fun. The kids had an awesome time and it was super easy. Everyone loved the pony and the staff person named Julie who came as the helper was really nice. Everyone got to ride on the pony and get their picture taken. We had a great time using Fun Factory at our twin girl's 4th birthday! We rented a Princess Castle bouncehouse and a snowcone machine. We also hired a pony and petting zoo to come to the party. Both items were super cute! The bouncehouse came extra early which was great because it wasn't in our way during setup, and also the kids could all start jumping as soon as they arrived. The pony and petting zoo were AWESOME!!! Makes me wish I was a kid again lol. My kids loved it and so did the rest of the kids from the party. The staff was friendly and helpful, they did all the setup and stayed with the kids the whole time helping them pet and feed the animals. They cleaned up everything after and it was like they had never come. Definitely a great idea for small kid's entertainment. I had a great experience with this company! They were friendly and easy to work with. I used them for my nephew's 4th birthday party. He's in love with the Ninja Turtles so we ordered two of the Ninja Turtles mascot costumes. We got Leonardo and Raphael. OMGGGG it was HILARIOUS. You should have seen the look on his face when they popped out from around the corner! We didn't even tell him in advance that they were coming so he was like losing his mind lollll. It was awesome. It was a good deal, too because we got to keep the costumes for the entire weekend. The rentals actually showed up 4 days before our event which was GREAT because it meant we never had to stress out about having them in time. As soon as we ordered we got an email with a UPS tracking number so we knew far ahead of time when they were scheduled to arrive. Couldn't have been easier! We even put the costumes on again on Sunday night, the day after the party. Just wanted to give the birthday boy one extra little surprise treat. These guys were great! We hired them to rent a clown and a point for our 3 year old birthday party. They came in time, the clown was super nice and funny and all the kids loved the Pony. The staff that came with the pony were very helpful. Everyone was very easy to deal with, great communication and we definitely got more than we expected. I would recommend having your entertainment start about one hour after your party begins. In our case, we had them arrive a bit too early and a couple kids missed our in the pony. Oh well, next year we will know better. Also, if you have more than 15 kids it's a good idea to have the clown stay longer than an hour to make sure everyone gets a turn having a balloon animal or face painting. I ordered an Elmo and Cookie Monster characters from this company. We did a whole Sesame Street theme so I wanted the characters to come. At first I thought I'd get the whole crew but it was a little too much this year lol. We got Elmo and Cookie which are my son's favorites. 2 characters was just fine. My son loves the Ninja Turtles, so we did a whole Ninja turtles theme birthday party for his 4th birthday in August. We wanted to do the whole thing with a Ninja turtle theme. We did some looking online and found Fun Factory parties. It turns out they have just about anything you could want for a kid's birthday party. We went the whole nine and ordered an adult sized Ninja Turtle mascot costume rental of Leonardo and Michaelangelo (my son's two favorites) and we also got a really cool Ninja turtle theme bouncey house. Make reservations online by clicking the “BOOK ONLINE” tab above. Once your reservation is complete, we will email you a UPS tracking # so you can track your mascot costume rental arrival . Costumes usuallly arrive 24-72 hours prior to your party date. Keep the costume until the Monday after your event, then drop it at your local UPS store by 5pm the Monday after your birthday party. UPS will give you a dropoff receipt showing the date and time of return. Email us a picture of the costume return receipt, and you’re all done – It’s that easy!
Mascot Costumes can be shipped directly to your home or place of business. They can be used for birthday parties as well as store openings, school events and festivals. Any place that has children is a great time to rent a mascot costume! We get new costumes in stock all the time, so if you don’t see your child’s favorite character on this page, feel free to call us or drop us an email to ask if we have it in stock. We generally update our inventory every month, and we can find almost any costume character you need with enough advance notice.
