I am a personal trainer and a lead kinesiologist at a chiropractic clinic. I am also certified in active release technique as well as Graston Technique. These techniques are widely used by health care professionals such as physical therapists, athletic trainers, and chiropractics to promot proper biomechanics, reducing risk of injury, and promoting faster healing after workouts.

I tailor workouts for my clients goal and supplement it with a personalized nutrition plan. I take a science based approach on training. I try to make this a lifestyle goal/approach.

I like seeing people progress in their goals. I have many clients and it makes me happy to see how far we have gotten from day 1.

I want people to be functional, not just look good. I want people to be performing better — mentally, emotionally, and physically. Looking good doesnt necessarily equate to feeling good, that’s why I am investing into functional fitness.

I feel people should always look for someone with experience and credentials. I have 12 years of training under my belt and I have experimented and studied a variety of different forms of fitness: HIIT, Crossfit, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Athletic performance, Injury prevention, and Rehabilitation. Majority of the stuff Physical Therapist do... I do too!
I have my B.S in Exercise Science, certified ACE trainer, certified Active Release Technique

I disinfect the equipment after every use. I have the proper disinfecting tools and clean my equipment on the daily, after every client. I am also vaccinated
