They have been so amazing. My beautiful dog Red was diagnosed 5 months ago with cancer. He had surgery but it came back. We just had him go to sleep the other day . Everyone involved was so comforting to me and so sweet and gentle with my sweet boy. It helped knowing they truly cared during this heartbreaking time. Took our dog for a simple bath. Â Told us to bring him in between 8AM & 10AM. Â He arrived about 9:30At 2PM when we called he still did not have his bath. I left instructions not to give him a bath that I would pick him up in 5 minutes.Arrived and he was in the bath.Stressed, his back legs gave out leaving the place. My fiancé and I switched to Fullwood roughly four months ago and couldn’t be happier. We can’t say enough good things about all of the staff here! They have been so wonderful with communication and loving our fur babies. My lab/shepherd mix is not the biggest fan of going to the vet and we love that they practice fear free care here. It gives us a peace of mind knowing that they are giving the best and most comfortable care anytime we bring her in for a visit. They never treat us and our babies like just another paycheck and always take the time to explain everything and answer any questions we have. This is the worse place. They are money grubbers The groomer is lazy...stinks like cigarettes.Save yourself from the anxiety of dealing with this place!

The grooming side of Fullwood is terrible Krissy is a horrible groomer. I had an appointment for my 1 year old toy poodle to be groomed I got a call from her saying that he was matted around his harness and suggested I shave him. Kobe has never been shaved and it won't happen. She suggested purchasing a Comfort Kit (Gabapentin 50 mg/Trazodone 50 mg) and bring him in the following week after I gave him the pills the night before and 1-2 hours before. She also told me that I could purchase some detangling conditioning spray and work on it over the weekend. I brought Kobe in on his appointment all drugged up the following week Got a call from Krissy 4 hours later saying the same thing about him being shaved. She claimed he was screaming! I picked him up and will never go back for any reason. When I got home with Kobe he was out of it. I brushed out a few of his mats and he didn't scream. She just didn't want to put in the work I feel they are money grubbers at that establishment! More...

When I emailed FHA on Sunday, they replied and got me scheduled for the next day, despite me being a new client. They were wonderful to work with, and were conservative in the treatment plan offered to keep my guinea pig from unnecessary stress. I will be bringing all of my pets there from now on. More...
