In my practice I value wellness for the mind and body. A comfortable and safe environment are my priorities, as we work towards meaningful personal and relational changes together. I will come alongside you to guide you and to support you with healing, growth, self acceptance, and intentionality. I have extensive education in stress and trauma treatments and women's issues, and my experience over the last 10+ years is in connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, identities, experiences, and locations from around the world. I currently live in Tulsa, OK (Osage and Muscogee Nations) with my husband and family.

VIDEO SESSIONS: I provide sessions via a HIPAA compliant platform. I would be happy to talk with you to determine if this would be a good option for you. I have been providing therapy online and through video for many years and am skilled in providing therapeutic services virtually. Connecting and communicating will be simple and user friendly.
