What do you love most about your job?
I love witnessing the transformation in others from doing the inner work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent 10 years working a corporate job that left me feeling so disconnected from my soul’s purpose. I have always been a highly introspective, independent, and an ambitious individual which was the perfect combination to branch out on my own & pursue my own business.

12-Steps Forward
I have created a 12-week course to get unstuck from unhealthy patterns in your relationships. In this course, we meet once a week for 45 minutes a week. Over the next 12 weeks, I will assess the current and past relationships in your life to reveal how current thought patterns and behaviors are creating unfavorable results in your relationships. Then I’ll provide you the tools to heal them.
Individual Coaching
I offer a 45 minute individual coaching that you can schedule as frequently as you’d like.
