Retired Deputy Chief of Police Samuels, started his law enforcement career in 1991, graduating from police academy at the top of his class. Mr. Samuels has over 27 years of law enforcement experience, spanning multiple departments including Officer Training, Lead Homicide Detective, Internal Affairs, Drug Enforcement, and other specialized training. He is bilingual and has a unique leadership style that not only trains officers on at a high level but asks them to demonstrate those skills by delivering exceptional service to every client.
With Mr. Samuels’ commitment to quality, he has partnered with local and state law enforcement to find the root cause of any issues and to prepare an action plan to resolve them, ushering in a new style of security that is result driven. This distinct approach separates Full Throttle Security from all the rest.
