At 57 I walked into Jordan’s gym in the worst shape of my life. He has worked with me through all my injuries tailoring the exercises so I don’t re injure myself. I started here a month ago for their beginner boot camp. I had not exercised in years. This was the perfect opportunity to begin again. Everyone in the class was in the same boat - friendly, supportive, fun - we all worked together and we tested our fitness levels at the beginning and then at the end of the 4 weeks - everyone in the class, from age 17 to almost 70 made great strides - the amount of energy, stamina, and ability is amazing. Loved how they taught proper form, how to use various pieces of equipment such as suspension bands, exercise balls, kettle bells, battle ropes and more. The trainers are friendly, energetic, challenging and motivating. I am already seeing results and cannot wait to move to the next level for the next 6 months going 3x per week. It is really a great place - my only regret is not starting sooner. Believe me, if I LOVE going to my classes and want exercise and good nutrition to be a part of my life - ANYBODY can do this. If you are at a higher level, they offer classes for you, too. You only compete with yourself. This is not a gym - no boring treadmills - the small class sizes and ability to have one on one training as well is amazing. They also offer drop in capabilities (pay by the class if you want to try it out) as well as contracts. Massage, yoga, and even belly dancing are available! I cannot say enough good things!!!!
