So I forgot to fix this review, sorry about that. When a manager got back to me about the experience they not only took care of me but turned it into a learning experience for the staff. It is a newer locations and the staff was all brand new so there is a learning curve. I appreciate how they rectified the situation. I brought a client here for lunch today, the 27th of March. We ordered two slices of Hawian Pizza and one order of garlic knots. This was at 1:14. We got our drinks and sat down. Two more groups of people came in after us and proceeded to get there food with five minutes. Ten minutes after we ordered I stopped Jessica F. from the register and asked her where are food was and she asked what it was. She then turned right around without any explanation and went back to the counter. We didn’t end up getting our food until after 1:30. They had completely forgotten our order and had moved on to everyone else who came in after us. No real apology, no nothing. The pizza was delicious but the service was terrible. Will not go back. Very sorry that I had already added a tip to the receipt when I paid. Very bad business this place. More...

Ordered from here 3 times and it was good every time. Incredibly reasonably priced. Ive had the meat lovers, artichoke, white pizza and vegetarian and they've all been good. Ive also tried the boneless wings and they were cooked perfectly in my opinion and had good flavor. Im only not giving it 5 stars because the ambiance inside the actual restaurant seemed sort of blandish. But other than that, 5 stars for flavor. The customer service was excellent too. More...
