I specialize in strength (weight lifting and body weight), flexibility, and recovery training. I can provide more knowledge to my clients to help meet their needs/wants/goals.

Nutrition, exercise, and consistency. You cannot change your body overnight, but you can start one day at a time with changes that will last long term.

Seeing people happy with their results! I enjoy being someone's motivation, on their good days and on their tougher days. It means a lot to me to see my client meet their goal and keep going with it.

Fitness has been a huge part of my life since I was 4. So, I knew growing up I would want to help people achieve their fitness goals.

YES! My work is done virtually or in person! I offer both so my clients have flexibility in their scheduling and can choose which options best fit their needs.

Services

This session is virtual so it can be done anywhere! This is a 45-minute-long session. You will need a resistance band and yoga mat if you prefer one. You can book this via my website.

This is a LIVE group fitness class. 1 set of dumbbells and 1 resistance band required. Class lasts 50 minutes and can be booked via my website.

Unlimited access to FSR’s personal training app. You will be given set workouts specific to your fitness goals and needs. Follow along videos with instructions for all exercises, nutritional guidance, body stats and check-ins, progress photos, and 24:7 to your personal trainer. I will create a personal program specific to YOU! All the benefits of an in person trainer, but with the flexibility your need for your schedule. Let’s meet those fitness goals together.

Personally designed workouts to help you meet your fitness goals. Wether you’re looking for 1 session per week or 4 sessions. Body stats, progress pictures, weekly check-ins, customized workouts, nutritional guidance. You can schedule as little as 2 sessions per month or as many as you’d like!
