I was looking to remodel my master bathroom. I called and tried to set up appts with designers contractors. Either they did not show up or give me an estimate or I just did not feel a connection! !. Then a family friend recommended FS. Guy came to the house and I felt an immediate connection. He listened and really seemed to understand what I wanted and helped me design a FANTASTIC new high tech bathroom. He was so hands on!!. F & S remodeled our kitchen and we love, love, love it!!! Guy and his crew are very professional and respectful. They put a thick plastic wall up to keep the rest of my house clean during the construction. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They used a special machine to suck the dust out during the demo. So there was no “contractor dust” in any other room of my house. Jose is a perfectionist and his work is very precise and beautiful! That man has hands of gold! I have used F&S on two projects, remodeling my powder room and tiling/painting my kitchen. In both cases, I was 100% pleased. Guy and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable; they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the results. They came in with drop cloths everywhere. What we were having done was our main bath. Tile and replacing all the fixtures

When the men were at work they took there time with demolition and Conrad was meticulous with every detail with the tiling every night they would clean up, so you wouldn't even know they were there. We were totally lost trying to figure out the "kitchen" process. Guy was recommended to us by a friend - he did not disappoint. His team is clean and courteous, on time and meticulous. Jose and William are clearly passionate about what they do - same goes for Tom, Conrad and the rest of the group.

If you want to know who you are dealing with - this story sums it up perfectly. Early in the project, there was an issue on a Saturday morning. During the demo earlier in the week, a drain (which was not part of the project) was knocked loose. When the shower went on upstairs, water was shooting all over the kitchen and into the basement. I texted Guy...he was personally over within 20 minutes to take a look. Within 30 minutes, 3 other guys showed up with a commercial shop vac and fan. They did not leave until the mess was cleaned up - a mess that was NOT caused by them, but by poor workmanship by whomever did a previous plumbing job! That is the kind of group who I want working on my house.

F&S is awesome to work with! We contracted with them for full kitchen & family room remodel, hardwood floor installation and painting. It took us about 6 months to decide on a contractor as this was our first big project. We eventually chose F&S, even though they weren't the cheapest, because they leveled with us. I think the other contractors told us what we wanted to hear, but Guy and his team actually took the time to explain the pitfalls that we may encounter and what the true cost could look like.

They are very patient--worked with us for another 2 months on tweaking the designs and they always got back to us quickly when we had questions.

We met the team that would be working on our house before the project and ok'd the schedule. The team is super professional, they showed up on time each morning. Worked until the agreed time, then cleaned up before they left.

I could write all day about this experience, but it all boiled down to professionalism, communication and trust. More...

We hired F&S to help us with a new granite countertop and backsplash. Guy,Tom and Terry were a great team to work with. They helped fine tune our choices on backsplash tile when we were uncertain.

The job was done in 1 week and there was never a day that Guy didn't stop in to check the work. Conrad was the tile installer and he was not only a master tile worker but a really nice guy. All the workers were nice, neat and even played with our dog and grandchildren. They were truly a pleasure to work with.

I had a complete renovation of our master bathroom. The owner, Guy was very involved in every detail, including assisting us with coordinating the colors of the materials and the design of the project. F&S was reasonably competive with their prices, especially considering the quality of materials used.

Tom designed our kitchen remodel in our Voorhees home. From start to finish he went above and beyond to make sure that both my husband and I were comfortable and satisfied with all the details and items chosen. Not only did he handle ordering all the pieces (and making sure we missed nothing as well as ordered pieces we didn't think of), he followed up while the work was being done to make sure all was going well and even came back to the house after the work was completed to help with a few last minute adjustments! If you're looking for someone you can trust to lead you through what can be a very stressful process/remodel, Tom is ABSOLUTELY your guy. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive and detail oriented. I spent many hours with the designer, Tom, and he took his time answering my questions (I had a lot them! ) and working on the best kitchen design to meet my needs. When the remodeling actually started, the owner, Guy, came by almost every day to ensure everything was going smoothly and to answer any questions I had. The carpenter, electrician, painters on the job were all excellent. The showed up in the morning on time, worked hard throughout the day, and cleaned and vacuumed every evening before they left. They kept to the 2 week timeline AND stayed within budget. Overall, F & S did not give me one cause for worry and my expectations were exceeded.
