What inspired you to start your own business?
As a child growing up Nigeria, I had a passion for technology and engineering. I graduated in Boston MA. with a BSEE. My mission has been to ensure that each entrepreneur or engineer’s journey is never a lonely one. I started Fruition after an 18+ year career in Business Development, Marketing and Sales within technology companies based in Boston and Silicon Valley. His career took him to Asia, Europe, Canada, South America and throughout the USA, as my key roles were to develop new markets for newly developed tech based products, covering over 10 industry segments. Internally he supported 3 global divisions in marketing and product development, Asia, Europe and The Americas. From my years of experience in “Corporate”, I learned the vital importance having a simple and clear process to successfully take an idea from concept to launch while keeping the focus on the people from hence the idea has purpose.
Purpose driven business’ are known to be highly competitive, very profitable and boast of engaging loyalty and commitment from employees and customers.
Over the years with the support of numerous advisors, I have perfected the “5 Steps to Fruition Process” (the fingerprints to disruption). Having been an entrepreneur several times in my life, I very much understand the anxieties and challenges most startups face on a day to day basis. My desire is to see all businesses develop their product or services by first defining their core purpose and position in their industry, and second to build an the RIGHT team, while keeping in mind to be economically sensitive to each startups financial journey.
I am also committed to connecting clients to quality experts for advise in just about any Industry through my network of over 2500 contacts and 2600 followers. For every entrepreneur or engineer I remind them of the 3 keys:
1) Collaboration is critical
2) Creating a sustainable product for your customer is mandatory
3) Never forget that personal growth should never cease
