This message is really for anyone who is like me and is skeptical like I was of hypnosis for quiting smoking. I was a smoker for 10 years and I had tried everything to quit. After just one session I was able finally walk away and not look back at a pack of cigarettes, or any form of nicotine replacement. I am still blown away at how effect this was for me. It is very rewarding to me to help people change their habits and so change their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working with active-duty military, veterans, and first responders (especially LEOs and FFs) encouraged me to take my skills developed to the more general public.
As a tribute to them, I named my practice after them: First-Responder, Military and Sports (FRMS) Hypnosis.
