Called to see if they had fifteen lbs to pick up, was told yes to "come on" gave him my husband's name. Husband drove from Waggaman, gets there and is told they're sold out. Called them back and was basically told too bad. That it's first come first serve, unless they get a deposit. I would have gladly paid in full had he mentioned that when I called to place the order. I placed an Uber eats order and once received it was ice cold. I called them to tell them and was told to bring them back and they they would exchange them. When I arrived that had completely changed and now they have the cold order that they put their hands in to verify that they are cold and then trying to tell me that they were "EXACTLY 2 POUNDS" short after he took them to the back out of my site to weigh them (the size of their smaller special). I literally live 5 minutes from them. I will not need ordering from them again and do not recommend them. More...

The prices are very reasonable. The seafood is boiled perfectly, and has great flavor. Shrimp are easy to peel, crabs are huge, and delicious, sausages and other sides are delicious. Everything is delicious. Great customer service always. Jacob does a great job!! More...
