Two days in Moscow
Very rarely you come across people who are passionate about their work. Our guide was very knowledgeable about her history and gave us a very good insight to it.
She designed a well planned itinerary from our huge list of places to see and we covered all of them and even more! We saw places we never would get to on our own because we simply don’t know, so it was a great experience of having a local guide and a friend in Moscow.

Our guide Luda was great! If you only do one tour in Moscow, this should be the one. So many historical facts to be learnt, so many locations visited as Luda’s story unfolds. Jewish tour! We did a last minute trip arriving from St Petersburg to Moscow via the Sapsan speed train. Our guide was right there to meet us at the train station, which was a great start. She took us on a 8 hour walking tour of the main sites of Jewish Heritage: Jewish Museum & Tolerance Center, Museum of the Jewish History in Russia and Holocaust memorial synagogue, and had a kosher lunch. After that she took us back to the train station and made sure we get on the right train. We were very pleased and happy. Amazing day! More...

Had a great 2-hour tour with Katya, who was a gem – she was very friendly, very knowledgeable and shared with me so many fascinating stories about local culture. I had a lot of fun and decided to extend the tour and we also covered bohemian Arbat, ancient Kitay Gorod with its beautiful cathedrals and Zamoskvorechye with its medieval architecture and cozy coffee shops. Moscow metro tour
I took a metro tour with Friendly Local Guides. It was a 2-hour tour which was ideal for this kind of tours, and the guide was really fun and friendly.
Our guide was more than just a guide. Not only she talked about the history about the Metro in general and each station in particular, but also told us fun stories, joked, was very lively and enthusiastic, and took photos of us and sent to our emails, which I think was a great thing to do!

I was on a budget and took a 3-hour tour of St Petersburg’s highlights. I’ve never walked that much in 3 hours, but what I heard, saw, learnt and experienced was incredible. The most saturated and active 3 hours of my life! Amazing tour! Thank you!

Karina was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and fun! She went above & beyond to ensure we saw all the sights we wanted plus local gems not listed in guide books.
