Â The owners are a lovely couple who have the very honorable goal of employing people with special needs. I bought this gorgeous Thanksgiving centerpiece from Frida Pickles delightful neighborhood shop. The flowers were unique, and long-lasting, looking fabulous after a 10-hour winter drive and still going strong several days after the holiday. I'll be buying one of their adorable candy cane wreaths next week. I highly recommend this creative shop; they've also got wonderful artisanal gifts from small makers. I have been shopping at Frida Pickles since they opened. The shop has a warm and inviting environment. The staff is super friendly. Their mission to employ individuals with special needs is near and dear to my heart. Â The flowers are fantastic. Their Halloween flowers for our Costume Party were amazing. Family run- so you know customer care is #1, and- it's the only shop in s. Cal I know of with a mission- to create jobs for special needs adults. Â (So shopping here gives back like no where else!!) Whatever your need, owners Susan and Juan Luis are super helpful, whether you're celebrating, hosting events from meetings to babies to weddings, sending love to someone's in the hospital (super close to San Gabriel hospital on Las Tunas), selling your home, having company or mourning, they get you taken care of, beautifully!
