Freshly clean does an outstanding job as a maid service. We’ve worked with many maid services over the years and Maya and her team are the best we’ve ever worked with. They are extremely flexible, thorough, and understanding of unique circumstances. We’ve had times because of sick people in the house when we’ve had to cancel at the last minute with no problem. We’ve added services to what we need and they’ve accommodated at a very fair price. I feel lucky that we ran into them and hope we can continue to use them for a very long time. Highly recommended! Unfortunately after leaving my last review Maya contacted me to try and make things right. I told her the same thing I had said on my review that the lady she hired was rude and lazy about how she cleans. I know we had to tell her 3 times to mop in the direction of the wood grain on the wood floors and yet she would continue to go against the grain causing streaks to show. After the last cleaning I had to Go over my entire floor again. Yes, I realize we can be very picky about our home. But for the most part most people are the same and this is why people pay to have their home cleaned. If it is Maya cleaning it is amazing. If Maya leaves her other ladies to clean instead, it will not be the same attention to detail, cleanliness as hers. Unfortunately Maya decided she could not accommodate my wishes to have only her clean my home, so she decided to not continue cleaning my home. I’m sorry but I just won’t let soMe one who does such a horrible cleaning job, is rude when you ask something be done a certain way, puts the dirty mop back into the cubbyhole without taking the dirty cloth off, and just makes the entire experience a bitter taste in your mouth! Maya and all the staff with Freshly Clean are everything you want in a cleaning service. They are prompt, trustworthy, reliable, detail oriented and have great communication skills.
