What’s your signature dish?
We don't really have a signature dish. We just have a passion for creating catering menus with unique ingredients which are designed to get people to try something unique they may not eat at home. Such as our Ponzu Grilled Chicken, featuring a delicious blend of Japanese flavors kicked up a notch by soy, Exotic Yuzu Citrus Fruit and Lime. Served with Japanese Mixed Vegetables, Short Grain Rice, and Steamed Broccoli with Lemon & Sesame.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We like to ask questions! By getting to know our customer's palate and expectations we can put a perfect menu that will not just satisfy their tastebuds but also give them an enriching, unforgettable experience.
