Signature dishes on buffets are whatever preferred dish the client wants for their special event! Via our food truck, the signature dishes are our exclusive recipes for: coconut chicken tenders, CT-style lobster rolls and our premium fresh veggie sides like our edamame corn tomato veggie side.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The perfect menu is created via menu consultation during the planning cycle for the event. Our culinary team can create unique experiences for the special event that deserves this level of attention and creativity.

The challenge of finding tasty, healthy and diet-compliant options for my own family was the genesis of the business.
Buffet Service
for weddings, corporate gatherings and other catered event needs, we can tailor the menu to suit and serve a wide range of entrees and sides to suit the occasion. Examples of entrees served at recent events include: Beef Braciole, Pork Tenderloins with Raspberry Sauce, and Chicken Cutlets with Mushrooms and Wine Sauce
Food Truck Service
featuring both Mexican and American menus, and for larger events the ability to offer both menus from our large truck or both trucks....the entree options vary from Lobster Rolls, Bowls, Entree Salads and hearty options such as our Angus Cheeseburgers, Veggie Burgers and signature Coconut Chicken Tenders (prepared GF upon request). Side options include typical hot options and cold healthy veggie sides.
