Had him on the phone for like an hour and he kept having more calls come in so I wanted to just say thank you for not rushing me and helping me out, I know he was really busy. Been using Fresh n Healthy for about 12 weeks now. Wanted to save my review for after having some time to see which reviews were true and which were not. This company did not disappoint. Similar to my old company Fresh Meal Plan in ordering but quality is way better with this new company.

Delivery: Arrived cold in insulated bags 7am to my front door thursdays and mondays. No issues with delivery during my 12 weeks. Received messages as reminders to leave my bag out, made me look forward to grabbing my meals.

Menu: There is a bunch of options, almost too overwhleming. But it has a little bit for everyone. I used Paleo and vegetarian meals and the selections were great. New items each week. I also got a few snacks and those dont change so I couldnt order them each day for the 12 weeks

Food: Quality is great. All organic and you can taste the freshness. Handmade items are actually handmade items which you can tell the company is concentrated on high quality food. Sauces are a bit light but its flavorful so it balances out. The portions are large where my old plan had smaller meals and found myself ordering more meals which ended up costing more money

Price: $11 per meal is not bad for the portions and quality. Whole foods is $12.99 and quality is hit or miss plus no delivery. I havent tried the premium $15 meals as of yet. I used their prepaid plan after 3 weeks of use and it helped me save some money for my trial period.

Customer service: 5 stars for sure. They called me to welcome me and double check my delivery address. contacted me to check up on my meals after delivery. I had an issue with a meal and they credited me back plus redelivered the correct meal. They may not always answer the phone but they do contact you back pretty quick. Email is best way to reach someone.

Overall: Will continue using this company. Way better than my old company and saves me time from going to Whole foods. More...

I've tried numerous food delivery services (Blue Apron, Green Chef, etc) and the prep time left me with no free time in the evenings. 2+ hours to prep, cook and clean is not what I consider convenient and easy cooking. Fresh-n-healthy meals is the solution. Prepped, cooked, ready to heat healthy meals. Some of the meal portion sizes are enough for 2 to share! The food is packaged in plastic. Since I'm cautious of heating plastic, I removed the food and heated it on a plate or in the oven. Simple, no mess. I saved the containers for future meal prep, too. Win-win. My favorite item is the falafel burger. Full of flavor and served with roasted sweet potato wedges and lettuce, tomato, onion. The labels are easy to read and I love how many options are gluten free! If a meal needs to be customized to dietary needs FNH makes adjustments on the fly and with proper timing customize an entire meal plan to suit your athletes specific training needs. The ownership, management, and food are all fantastic. Having them delivered to my home 2x a week also is very convenient. I am on a pretty strict protocol with my nutrition. Gabriel has always answered all my questions regardless of when I email him. The food is portioned very appropriately and is nutritious, clean and very delicious! The recipes they use are beautiful and help me to get the right amount of nutrition I need in a varied, healthful way.
