How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I use a method taught by NASM known as the Optimum Performance Training Model that ensures a continuous progression through the different phases of training. This method is evidence-based and has proved to be the best model for my clients to achieve their goals while avoiding injury, plateaus, and burnout.

Consistency, Sacrifice, a healthy mindset, and the acceptance of a lifestyle change not a short-term want.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to help people change their lives and in some instances prevent them from declining in health.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I joined the military but wanted to continue training and helping people in my free time.
