I provide CLIENT-SPECIFIC online programming for motivated individuals that are seeking a variety of personal fitness goals.

I specialize in Corrective Exercise, Strength & Conditioning, Speed & Agility, HIIT Training, and Weight Loss.

This year I switched from my PDF programs to using a convenient app free for my client's to use which includes videos that demonstrate exercises.

I’ve always been a fan of exercise in one form or another. But after having my first child I decided I wasn’t ever going to get the body I wanted if I didn’t put in the work it deserves. So I turned to Fresh-n-Fit. Ryan listened to my goals and aspirations listened to my busy schedule and helped form a workout plan and a meal plan that would fit my busy lifestyle of being a full time ER Nurse with a newborn. I dropped the baby weight over the next 6 months and was able to eventually get down to a size I wasn’t even at when I got pregnant. With Fresh-N-Fit I never got the impression they were just in it for the money. Ryan’s attention made me feel like I was his only client and that everything was tailored to ME. It's great having a workout plan I can maximize the time in the gym. Ryan's very helpful, anytime I have a question about a workout. I send him a YouTube video to make sure it's the right workout. He gives me a quick yes or no with steps on how to do the exercises. More...
