What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Do you have a Brand Guide? Do you have any examples of what you're looking for? Is there a deadline the project must be completed by? Is there any important do's or don'ts that the designer needs to know?
Describe your creative process.
We begin by asking all clients starting a project a series of questions geared towards your project. We then go through a proofing process. In the proofing process, your designer will create options using the information they were given from the client and the research information they found. This is a back a fourth process between the designer and the client doing critiques to create the perfect design. This process gets the client involved so that they know they were involved in the creation process.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Company/Client Name, Contact Information, Completed Questionnaire, Deadline, and Deposit.
What do you love most about your job?
I love coming up with something completely new for a client knowing that at the end, this will be a design that the client will be happy and proud to share with others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business because I wanted to create top of the line work for clients of all categories. The same work and guidance that large companies get for small and medium size companies as well. To get companies the a product they will appreciate because they are getting what they paid for. Someone that they come to anytime and know that it will always be the best of the best.

Yes, the whole process is set up to completely remote and online. We meet with local clients at mutual locations. All paperwork can be done online. For our local clients, we can do delivery. For all clients, we do shipping on all products we offer. You will get the same experience whether its in person, online or remote.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our employees have been vaccinated. Before deliveries or in person meetings, we as the client if they would like us to wear a mask.
