Frequency

I took the Reiki level 1 & 2 training and attunement with Misty. I wasn't sure what to expect from the two-day workshop, but the moment I stepped into the room, I knew I was in the right place. Not only did all of my fellow classmates seem vaguely familiar (like deja vu familiar), we immediately clicked and felt at ease. Misty's gentle guidance provided the perfect environment to explore Reiki and get in touch with being able to feel and channel energy. Her calm, patient way of teaching allowed everyone to feel comfortable practicing on one another so that we left the training confident in our ability to provide Reiki to both ourselves and others. It was such a powerful, nurturing experience. My cohort also continues to stay in touch and meet up for Reiki sessions, and I look forward to taking level 3 with Misty in the future. More...
