Frequency Fitness has built a culture around camaraderie, teamwork, and building each other up both in the gym and out of the gym. We focus on the members' individual goals and help them achieve those goals through our Functional Fitness program, coupled together with our additional Nutrition Coaching, Personal Training, and Skill Seminars.

We listen to our clients, and members, to determine what their goals are, why that goal is important to them, and we work with them on ensuring they are approaching each workout with the correct intensity depending on their goals. We also provide additional nutrition coaching, and accountability to all our members to ensure they are staying on track to reach their goals.

Consistency is key. It doesn't happen overnight, but getting up and working towards your dream body, or your specific goals, day in and day out, is what gets you there. Getting 1% better each day!

The reaction we get from a client, or a member, when they hit a milestone in their journey. Whether it's certain body weight, body fat percentage, or weight lifted. The excitement they give off when they finally reach a goal makes me excited to get out there every day and provide any help I can in their journey.

We have developed a culture of accountability and camaraderie within our facility and amongst our member base. It doesn't matter if you're a founding member, or somebody brand new to the gym, you will receive a ton of support before, during, and after the workout from coaches, staff, and members alike.

We offer a variety of different online remote coaching options. We have pre-built out programs around Bodyweight and Minimal Equipment, and we offer Remote Personal Training to focus on your individual goals based on the equipment you have available to you, either at a home gym or a Globo-gym facility.

We take the temperature of all coaches, and members, as they walk in the door to the building. All used equipment is wiped off and sprayed with disinfectant after every workout. We limit the size of our group training sessions to allow members to space out more throughout the facility.

Using functional equipment, such as kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, agility ladders, jump ropes, and an endless supply of creative workout routines, we will keep you anxiously wondering “What’s next?!” Together we will work hard, feel great, and be EXCITED to come back for the next class!

With weekly check-ins, and bi-weekly caloric and macro adjustments we will work with you to customize what you are eating, how you are eating, and how to use food, and nutrition, to achieve maximum results! We can achieve this through five core principles:
- Adequacy
- Balance
- Calorie Control
- Moderation
- Variety

Work with our expert coaches to help you with your nutrition goals. Whether you are looking to lose body fat, increase muscle mass, lean out, or bulk up, our nutrition coaches can help you achieve results!

One of our coaches will work with you 1-on-1 to write workouts, provide accountability, and provide a macronutrient nutrition goal to hit each day. Your coach will work with you to customize your workouts based on your goals!

If you can’t make it into the gym, but still want to work with our expert coaches to get fit, and stay fit, we offer Online Training in a variety of different formats.
