Wonderful people, beautiful arrangements!! After a long weekend of problems with another service, I ended up talking to the folks at Freeman's. I attempted to order on line first and am glad I didn't since it was a bit more expensive online vs calling and ordering. I don't know the name of the lady I spoke with and gave my order but she was very nice and gave sincere condolences for us and our family, several times during the conversation . UPDATE: I would like to take a minute to update my previous review because I feel that the friendly staff at Freeman's Flowers went out of there way to correct the mistake. It was an unfortunate and honest mistake, and I want thank you for making it right. Thank you!Unfortunately I can only leave one star for Freeman's Flowers. I ordered the "premium sun-shiny day" live plant arrangement at $99.95 and received a mediocre arrangement of cut flowers. This was embarrassing to say the least because it was an early mother's day gift for my girlfriend, the arrangement bought is comparable to that from United (which would have been half the cost), and the fact that my girlfriend is a "plant lady" not a supporter of the "cut and harvest" flower industry. Needless to say, after $120 and some change (taxes and delivery) I can assure you that this was the first and last time I use Freeman's Flowers. More...

Update: Freeman's graciously sent a lovely, cheerful bouquet of flowers with a thoughtful note apology to my recipient. I greatly appreciate Freeman's Flowers for taking ownership of their mistake and making it right.
Original post: Exceptionally poor customer service. Employee hung up on me when calling to inquire about a delivery that was not made and request a refund. Very disappointed in a small town florist.

Order a flower arrangement back in January directly from their website for a friend. The picture on their website was very beautiful. When the flower arrangements arrived it was breath taking. Very pleased and so was the recipient!!! Just wish the arrangement would had been deliver at an earlier part of the day, but I had placed the order overnight and they were delivered the following date as they should had been. I used them in 2012 for my wedding and was reminded how awesome they were when I finally got around to ordering my wedding photos. I had no idea what I wanted except something vibrant and bright with no roses. I wish I could remember who helped me out but she did an amazing job. Asked the right questions and even though I was clueless how to explain my idea, she was able to design the perfect bouquets. I wanted a custom arrangement for my wife, just a little "just because" gift. The girl at the front desk at Freeman's was very sweet, personable, and helpful. Although I came in at around 8:30am, I asked if there was any way her flowers could be delivered before my wife went to lunch @ 12:30, and after checking, she said they were 95% sure they could, since there were quite a few Poinsettia deliveries.Although it was December, I asked for something springy, colorful, cheery and airy. When my wife got the flowers, she was all grins and very surprised. When she brought the flowers home they were exactly as I'd hoped. Overall a very professional flower experience!
