What inspired you to start your own business?
My primary reason for starting Freedom To Wellness Counseling was to be able to provide individualized treatment that is solely focused on clients and what their needs are. Working so many years at a hospital where there was no ability to offer individualized treatment helped me to see the value of being able to offer that.

As a licensed psychologist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist with over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Castagnini offers individual and group outpatient treatment to help with your struggles with disordered eating and negative body image issues.
