This is a program that works for ever. It's not something you have to quit eating or some outrageous work out video. Your macros are tailored to you specifically, not a couple of generic questions that put you in a general category. Your workouts are tough, you have to push and somedays you have to get yourself to the gym. But I promise you that you won't ever disappointed. I have never experienced so much laughter, encouragement during sets, encouragement among other ppl being trained, support inside and outside of the gym as I have a Freedom Fitness.
