House of Pain…sounds kind of intimidating; it’s not. If your into powerlifting, bodybuilding or just interested in getting in shape this is a great place to work out. The owner, Joe, has created a great atmosphere for hitting your fitness goals. The staff is friendly and helpful and the members are just as friendly and helpful. Don’t fret the strong people at HoP; they’re friendly and besides don’t you want to work out at a place where people are hitting serious fitness goals like you want to? More...

I’ve been going to Freedom Fitness Wentzville for 3 months now! I love it! I’m not intimidated like I am at other gyms so it’s a win for me! My trainer, @kevinCahalin, is the best! He challenges me but doesn’t kill me. Highly recommend to others. More...

We have been going to Freedom Fitness for a few months and we couldn’t be happier! Freedom Fitness is huge and fully stocked with great equipment.
It isn’t an intimidating environment at all…its clean and friendly with so many options of equipment and types of sessions available.
We were with our trainer, Laura Harris, prior to joining Freedom Fitness. Laura has definitely found her calling! She is great and keeps us engaged with variety in our workouts. She motivates us with personally developed workouts to fit our goals. Her workouts for us have expanded because of the available equipment at Freedom Fitness. Laura knows when to push us and when our bodies need to slow down. She focuses on form and safety, not on the number of reps a person does, quality over quantity - I love it!!! And she genuinely cares about us - not just when we are at the gym!

Freedom Fitness Wentzville is a friendly and welcoming community from the trainers to the members. I love that they host events to not only encourage that community with the members but also to raise money for organizations and people in need.
All of the trainers at the gym are knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Fit30 and Fit60 classes are a great workout that incorporate cardio and strength training. They offer modifications based on your fitness level or if you are recovering from an injury which is super helpful. I love that the evening classes you can come anytime during the 2 hour class window and jump in which makes it very convenient for those who cannot be there at a set time.
Freedom Fitness has become the highlight of my day. 🙂

they won't let you join unless you have credit card or debit card, tried to join today, told them I'd pay $80 entrance fee in cash or check then take direct deposit for monthly payments out of my checking acc. they said no ,only people who have a credit card or debit card can join their gym ,I'm a 72 yr. old vet , been going to gyms for many yrs. never heard of one not trying to work with you to help you join, like you not good enough for their gym unless you have credit cards , I've never used one & I have excellent credit just doesn't seem fair to me More...
