It was not easy for me to create my initial career path based on my degrees. Like most people, I became stuck between deciding to work for a company or pursue my dreams to become an entrepreneur. I decided to work hard for a large company, navigate through the politics, and increase my visibility to advance into higher executive levels. Although the goals were achieved, it oftentimes required shifting with organizational changes that would redefine my role to remain valuable. After several years working as an employee, I felt it was time to make a transformation into entrepreneurship by offering services that would help support people in navigating through their career journey.

I can guide clients from experience learned personally, professionally, academically, and also through learned experience working with clients.

My background includes the following: Assistant Vice President at Citigroup, Chief Learning Officer at JPMorgan Chase, Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase, Chief Process Officer at UBS, and Chief of Staff at Bank of America, CEO of AppThat Inc., Curia Regis of Royal Kingdom of Ubiaja, Assistant Professor at Colin Powell School of Business & Civic Leadership, Board Member / Adjunct Professor of Monroe College School of Business, Chairman of the Board for Empowerment Behavioral Therapeutic Services, and Chairman Emeritus / Adjunct Professor of School of Business and Healthcare at MCNY, and Adjunct Professor at Kean University.

My coaching services operate remotely and caters to clients in Sweden, UK, US, Mexico, Netherlands, and parts of Asia. All of my client sessions have been held by phone, video, and has expanded into the metaverse.

We will work together to develop a solid customized action plan that will assess “where you are today” and “where you want to be tomorrow professionally”. It includes assistance with helping you navigate through your fears of taking strategic risks. Taking the next step does not need to be a lonely journey, so this service is your companion to reaching success. This is a great service for someone trying to map out a career path or feel stuck in a role.

If your role has grown into management or you are looking to move beyond middle manager, you will need to consistently improve leadership and team building skills. As a leader, learning how to manage difficult situations in high demanding work environments that require keeping yourself and team motivated becomes more critical. We will work together to improve your people management skills, as you will learn techniques that apply the principles of dynamic personality trait theory. Additionally, we will focus on delivery of communication, work prioritization, and execution of work.

Across all industries employees are trying to understand their career path. Most employees rely on their managers to help them figure out the correct path, hoping that path will help them be promoted and obtain a salary and/or bonus increase. The manager can only make assumptions based on the needs of their company and the competitiveness surrounding their work to be performed. Some employees become discouraged every year because they do not see any progression despite all their efforts. When you need that unbiased professional advisement, it can be difficult to rely on people who are too close in relationship (i.e. family, co-worker, manager, friends, etc.). Perhaps, you need someone that can give you a fresh perspective.

The oversight at the executive level comes with learning how to be politically savvy, as the audience becomes deeper and wider. Learning how to cascade a message within your company or reach external communities requires finesse. We will work together to apply organizational development strategies that will lead you to higher levels of executive leadership.
