I give this place high praise. My favorite store in Bellevue. It is big and has many beautiful items at reasonable prices . I include 2 pics of 2 items I just bought. The staff is incredibly friendly . They also sell different flavors of raw honey- the wise honey to buy. Lightly filtered to remove "bee parts". Their displays are amazing and well placed. Just walking in the door of this unique flower shop is a treat for the senses! You are immediately greeted with sent of candles and live flowers as well as a myriad of other fine, high quality items, soaps, fragrances, home decor and clothing.  It was so warm and welcoming, I did not want to leave.  My only problem was deciding what to buy!  It is a bit high end but worth the splurge! This is a great family run shop with great ties to the community as well. No matter what the floral arrangement from a wedding to a funeral they will never disappoint. I've sent both funeral arrangements and birthday arrangements and everyone has been impressed with how great the arrangements look. I called last minute on a Saturday around noon and asked if they could deliver that day for a birthday gift.  The woman I spoke to was very nice and was very conscientiousness of the details.  She made sure she had all of the names spelled correctly.  So many people just aren't concerned these days so it made an impression on me.  Flowers were delivered as promised and were very nice. I was organizing a big luncheon at work and I thought fresh flower centerpieces would be nice.  I was pleased with the selection of loose flowers for customized arrangements.   I wanted to just pick a bunch of flowers and take them back to the office and arrange myself.   I had the pleasure of working with "Beth" at the store. She was extremely helpful during my visit to scope out the selection of flowers and the 2nd visit.  Not only were the prices great on the loose flowers .. some pieces of green were included - at no charge so my single flower centerpieces were complete!  On top of the great selection and customer service ..  I was able to stay well below budget. I've used this florist twice- once a few years ago for a bouquet for my sister's birthday and recently for a funeral. My sister absolutely loved the flowers that I gave to her for her birthday and the flowers for the funeral home were the nicest ones there. I didn't pick an online arrangement, I gave them a price and told them to do what they wanted and the flowers were plentiful and gorgeous. Don't let their name fool you!  This establishment specializes in other goods and gifts other than flowers..  They have a very nice collection of jewelry, clothing, handbags, seasonal decorations, and much more. My sister lives in Bellevue, and I have used Fred Dietz Floral twice now to send her flowers (I live out of state).  The woman who answers the phone is amazing- she is kind, helpful, and professional.  Being remote can make this process difficult, but she is very descriptive, and willing to make your desires work in your price range.  My sister says the arrangements have been lovely and lasting.  I highly recommend patronizing this business. Fred Dietz Floral did a wonderful job with my wedding flowers. I worked with Vicki, she was very professional and nice. I recently received an orchid as a gift from here, and it's lovely and bloomed quickly.  They do bouquets, corsages, spectacular arrangements, and also sell knickknack-type gifts if you need a last-minute present for grandma.  The staff is welcoming without hovering too much.  The prices are comparable to the grocery store florists, but Dietz offers more flair and fresher-looking flowers. Our flowers were absolutely perfect - exactly what I imagined but couldn't put into words. Fred Dietz was great in that they didn't pressure me to add on extras or more expensive flowers, etc. and simply asked what we wanted to do. Beautiful work, and they were very good about sitting down and consulting with me over what I wanted. They spent plenty of time getting a good idea of how to put together something I would like, and the flowers were gorgeous! They also made very affordable decorations for the church. The only problem I had was that they were unable to get some of the flowers I wanted, and had to make substitutions for several of them sort of last minute (including the one I wanted more than anything).
