If you want a caterer that actually uses chef inspired recipes without cutting corners, look no further than Frank's catering. Frank is a true pro and his food stands head and shoulders above other caterers I've used. As an aspiring chef myself, I go to great lengths to make sure that my caterer knows what they are talking about and I can't tell you how often caterers that I've known use prepackaged foods, canned junk, and mixes to cut corners. Not these guys. From using REAL scratch made rendered chicken stock in their rice, (for those of you who don't know, this extra step takes a LONG TIME to do which is why other caterers use canned broth), a killer scratch made bbq sauce for their ribs, or even a multiday refried bean recipe, to craft salsas, these guys do it right, highly recommend them! Frank and his family were ready at the time agreed and the service was beyond amazing, I had nothing to worry about other than just enjoying the party. Trying to find a catering business from several states away is not an easy task; however, Frank's Catering was as easy as working with one of your hometown favorite eating places. I was in Arkansas and Frank's met our catering needs. Not only was I able to set up what we would like for a family gathering after a college graduation, he made it very easy. We went with the Hawaiian selections with veggie and fruit trays! To make it super simple, Frank provided everything in disposable pans, plus paper products for us! I've known Frank for over 13 years and before I was his customer I was his neighbor when he ran the catering division for a pretty well know BBQ joint out of Chino. Frank catered my husbands 50th birthday party. Since it was his Birthday he wanted to taste the food before we hired a caterer . Frank made that possible and allowed us to try the tri tip and bbq chicken. It was delicious and Frank was hired !! The food was a hit at the party. You know what makes Frank's Catering exceptional? Â Not only do they create and serve excellent food, but they, themselves are just as wonderful! Â Frank, Veronica and Leo took the stress off me and allowed me to have a wonderful 4th of July party. Frank and Veronica catered my wedding in October 2017. My husband and I wanted a fun, relaxed atmosphere at our reception, and it was important to us for the food to be GOOD. We've been to so many weddings with formal, expensive dinners where the food is just... meh. We didn't want that for our guests! We chose Frank's Catering because we already knew they could deliver tasty food to a crowd--they had catered a few of my parents' backyard parties in the past. Sure enough, they came through for us! Here is what we served:Appetizers: Ceviche, nacho bar, guacamole, and empanadas. Dinner: beef, chicken, pork, and veggie tacos with tortillas handmade onsite (!!!), rice and beans, and all the fixingsOur guests LOVED the food and we got so much positive feedback. We ~CaptainRon & LadyJoy~ celebrated our 65th birthday and we were going to do this in a very big way. our birthday's were 1 week apart and I said, lets celebrated them together. I wanted my lady to be treated like a princess. So after meeting Frank at the La Verne Concert in the park where he has served his Taco Bar menu through the summer. He agreed to be our catering delight for this big day. We have a rather large yard and I invited 68 guest and was entertained by the Dynamic Duo Music Group. But we needed shade in a big way. Frank not only catered the event. He was the event. We choose the Taco bar Menu and Frank provided the tents to protect us from a scorching sun and also the Table & Chairs. The event went off with out a hitch and the food was 5 star as all the guest wanted Franks info. In closing, this met a lot to me and Frank new it. He catered not only the party but to every phone call as I had changes and more changes as this event continued to grow. because of Frank, My nerves never budge over calm. A week after it was over. All my guest called to tell us what a great time they had and that the services were "Top Class". Thank you Frank for your knowledge and professionalism. We have catered food from Frank's catering few times for backyard parties at home and based on our experience, also recommended his service to few friends. We always had delectable experience. Frank himself sees over every detail and always goes out of his way to make sure that guests are well taken care of and he is a super cool guy. We have had chicken, asada and al pastor(mouth watering) taco bars and also had grilled fish once. He makes home made salsa to go with that and it's perfect on those delicious tacos. I have also tried his BBQ at a event and he is a master chef of BBQ smokers producing finger licking ribs with secret sauce. I would highly recommend  to give his food a try More...

Frank has been catering for us over 15yrs! His tacos and BBQ are by far the best I've had in the west coast. He is punctual, kind and is well priced for the quality of his meats.
