Emma Moyle & Lola
From Emma
Puppies seem like such an easy to do. My parents who had had many litters when I was a child, assured me that the bitch has them and looks after them.
.ta da! I had an inkling there might be more involved than that and also had to throw lockdown into the mix too. I was incredibly lucky to have access to Frankie, daughter of my friend. Without her I would have panicked like an erupting volcano. She provided me with support and knowledge in preparation for the delivery day and was on hand via WhatsApp as Lola went into labour. 5 puppies later, 2 triple sacked. Little did we know more was to come. At 2 weeks old Pixie got pneumonia, nearly died and had to be hand reared. Frankie was there with advice and reassurance every step of the way. Even now I send Frankie photos of the 5 healthy puppies who are with their new owners.
Frankie is a loving gentle soul who brings peace and reassurance to even the most stressful of situations. She is knowledgeable and confident. A wonderful person for both human and loved pet

Florence
I grew up with dogs, but Fox was the first dog I owned as an adult and raised from a puppy. Frankie’s support and advice was absolutely invaluable – from day one when I sought her advice on what sort of breed might be suitable for me and my partner, to her help in making Fox feel comfortable in pubs and restaurants.
From two happy owners and a happy pup, I honestly couldn’t recommend Frankie’s services enough!

Puppy Advice & Training
Far from just toilet-training and sitting on command, I aim to help my clients nurture a calm, polite and well-balanced puppy and give them the theory and tools to continue the process well into adulthood.
Behavioural Troubleshooting
‘Bad’ behaviour is almost always the result of one or more negative emotional states. I aim to help identify the root of the problem to better help puppies and adult dogs overcome their issues with kind, positive methods, producing results that stick.
Rescue Rehabilitation
I have worked with rescue dogs for my entire career. These delicate souls may have troubled pasts that we may never uncover, but with the right approach we can help them become calm, confident family members.
