Very friendly staff. Me and my husband ordered one Ceasar salad and two spicy penne pastas with tiramisu. The spicy penne wasn’t spicy enough for us but was so good. The pizza was very good. The sauce had a good zip to it and the amount of cheese was good. Weird location and it is so quiet in the place. It does remind me of my home not quite giordanos but as good as it is going to get in Tulsa. Also….. the cannoli was the best I’ve had in a long time. Thought we'd try this pizza place (the trattoria location in broken arrow)Great service from the young new girl, like first day on the job new girl, and the young guy. We ordered a pizza, sat down, received our drinks. An hour later we were told our pizza burned. Went a couple months back in a larger party that overwhelmed the kitchen a bit, so it took some time to get our food, but I’m not lying when I say that this place is as good as it gets. I ordered take out, 2 medium pizzas and 2 pasta dinners, an appetizer and dessert. It took 2 hours and 40 mintues. I will say pizza was very good BUT when I was leaving I wasn't really paying attention to my bill. First problem they charged more than what was on the menu, second problem they automatically added a 20% gratuity for a "large party". I ordered take out and waited 2 hours and 40 mintues. More...

We’ve been to Franco’s twice. Great food both times. Friendly family atmosphere, and the people are the best. Servings are large so sharing is easy, or you’ll have lunch covered the next day. 😃 I don’t usually like deep dish pizza because it’s all dough, but theirs is delicious. Lost our order, last two other orders while we were there. Manager shut the restaurant down because the owner won’t fix the problems. We are a full blood Italian family and stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try. My mother immediately loved the placed…filled with her Chicago memories and pictures of an Italian family. The place was fairly busy and there were only 2 waitresses so service was slow. The owner, Franco, talked to my family for more than an hour because he and my ma are from the same area in Chicago. The FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY WORTH EVERY SECOND WAITED. I haven’t had Italian food like this in Oklahoma or anywhere other than homemade in my families kitchen. Pizza was to die for, pasta was incredible and everything else we had was amazing. Oh my goodness!!!!! What a treat!!!!! My sister and I had lunch there and it was fantastic!!!! We could not say enough GREAT things about Franco’s. We are Italian and refuse to eat at any Italian restaurants, because hey, we can make it better ourselves. But oh my, this was just like Mamma used to make. Word to the wise, this is NOT fast food!!! Everything is made FRESH. Make sure you are not in a hurry. The food, music, everything was magnifico!!! We ordered several pastas and a thin crust pizza that we all nibbled on. Our pastas each came with a slice of homemade heaven (aka bread)! Everything served to us was delicious and would order again. The pasta serving sizes were gigantic. My son loved the pizza and the crust was probably the closest I’ve gotten taste-wise to authentic Italian pizza crust locally/stateside! Highly recommend. *edited* Since I have posted this I have been called a liar, a dummy, and a plant by a competitor. I fully admit that I am a Uber eats/grub hub driver. I received horrible service and continued to not have the name-calling addressed. So I did not eat the food, I just was mad because I had to wait over an hour to have the ability to deliver their food to someone who really wanted to have their food, they have been name-calling. You can read all their name-calling and me even admitting because I was disrespected I said that their products came from Ben E' Keiths, Which they admitted but they clarified that they say they are still imported from Italy. So As I promised because yes I said it out of anger I said their product came from Ben E' Keith, who they say does import their mushroom from Italy. So back to the original comment with the edit I all ready addressed. *edited* I came to pick up an order and the chef was there but wasn’t cooking and don’t know how long it would be. While there was some confusion with my delivery order through Beyond Menu app, and another call letting me know out of spaghetti ( Italian restaurant. .no spaghetti🤔) our order arrived 1.5 hours later. Don’t bother with this place .. I’m sorry we waited to over an hr for our food.. other tables that had been there longer never got theirs. . they brought my wife’s dinner it looked like day old noodles that they poured fresh sauce on and wrong Salad .. we got up and left “ the waitress that brought the food downstairs asked the my wife if she should put the dinner back under the warmer" ( it looked like it had been under the warmer all day ) while my dinner was prepared . oh and By the way if your gonna use two way radios to talk to the kitchen make sure the volume is down so customer can here the cooks upstairs tell them that it not gonna be 15 or 20 min it will be ready when its ready More...
