This place is AWESOME. These are not old churros from Costco, these are fresh, soft and crispy at the same time, covered in delicious toppings, churros. The store is a bit small so you might want to get them to go if its cold outside, but the churros themselves are great. They also have lots of other drinks and even crepes, so a little bit of everything, so if you're with a large group, everyone can find something they like. More...

I was so excited to try these guys out. My churros barely have any sugar and cinnamon on them. The churros texture is cakey. The oil that they cook the churros in is old and nasty. It is giving the churros a bitter after taste that has completely ruined the experience for me. They were really fast though. It just tasted horrible And the texture was all wrong. More...

What a great, diabetic-inducing experience! We were just walking past the place and wanted to try it, but they were closed until noon. So, we had lunch at Lil' Lotus then returned here. We're very glad we did.This was an over-the-top dessert that I'd only recommend you have once a year for fear of diabetic shock. Six yummy churros underneath a pile of ice cream and other toppings, so good! Worth every penny of $10.The guy behind the counter was really nice and it only took a few minutes to get our dessert. Small churro joint and all I have to say is: the owner is extremely rude! The ladies that works there are super nice but the owner's attitude lost me as a customer. My boyfriend doesn't speak English and when he was ordering the owner was the cashier and was extremely rude towards him and I noticed that when I went to talk to him in Spanish he was kind of nice. I came here cause I saw their IG page and the churros looked DELICIOUS ! My friends and I pulled up and we're a bit confused because they didn't have a large "look at" menu. We had to search for the bar code and it was posted on top of the trash bin. (I would've put it somewhere more noticeable) we ordered and the wait time was about 30 min- I was expecting more of a grab and go kind of deal. Once we got our churros they were okay. I wish they had the option to fill the churros but they were mediocre - very pretty tho the food was very appealing. Would I recommend this place? Maybe if you're in the area but there has definitely been other places in SLC with better churros! More...

So it was hot outside of course yesterday I was walking through Sugarhouse to get a few things including my prescription I looked at their menu that was hanging up on the wall Electric and there was probably about four other people in there too at the counter to sitting down I waited my turn and I said I'll just have a Coke she Rings me up and she says $3 I thought she was joking with me a 12 oz bottle of Coca-Cola for $3 and some change I was upset and I was like really and then I came back in and I went live with Facebook the lady stood behind the cups where I couldn't see her and then she moved out just a little bit I mean I'll give you my Facebook if you like she said to me I don't speak any English and then cuz I told her in English you know this ain't the right price and then in Spanish she says what do you think I'm robbing you I'm not robbing you that's what the prices and she's like I don't speak in English so I went off in Spanish and that's just ridiculous I mean that's beyond over pricing you know that saying you know you can sell a glass of water and hell for the right price that is just wrong I know that you're supposed to make a profit but for a doubling or more than the amount that it's supposed to be that ain't right my Facebook is pretty much my whole name if you like to go see the video that I took I was pissed that's just wrong I was just so wrong that they would do that to me and she was like I don't know I don't know who puts the prices I don't put the prices but yet she was still behind that you know she's behind the counter but she was hiding behind the cups and the Machines cuz I told her I had her on Facebook live I'm sad I didn't get to it all try everything else in the restaurant so I could have given review that would have been bad or good

So excited to have a local churro place! Tucked into a cozy place in Sugarhouse, the tight spacing was made up for by the friendly, chatty staff and the warm, sugary smelling interior. I can see why the churros may not be right for some but they were perfect for me - not too sweet and with the perfect crisp and chewy texture. The toppings can be used to help adjust the sweetness if you prefer your churros more sugary. Looking forward to going back for more of their unique menu! More...

Delicious churros!!!!!!! they were so crispy and tasty. We also had a mocha coffee that was very good. Â Location is very clean and inviting. Prices are really good too. If you are craving something sweet for sure you should go to Franco's Churro House, they will treat you very well, yes employees are very kind and you can ask as much questions that you have and they will make the right recommendations. The staff is great! Very helpful and informative! The churros are delicious and they are hustling to get you in and out which is great when you're sneaking out for dessert right before you have to pick up the kids at the babysitters'!
