You can find a cheaper cleaners but I don't think you'll find one that picks up and delivers. Fox is prompt and their dry cleaning is good, even with stains. I highly recommend them

The normal dry cleaners that I use has been unpredictable with their customer service and time tables. OMG! I just got back from Africa, and all of my clothes were covered in dust! I needed to wash them, but I didn't want to do it myself. So, I took them to Fox Cleaners! Thy were incredible! I tried Silver Fox out for the first time this week to get a dress tailored. Not only did they do a quick turnaround on my alterations (and a beautiful job), when I arrived to pick it up, I told them how grateful I was that they did the tailoring so quickly because I wanted to wear it for my birthday. The gentleman and woman who worked there both wished me a happy birthday and insisted that the alterations were free. I was stunned. I have been going to Silver Fox Cleaners for just over 5 months now and they are fantastic. My clothing is always perfectly cleaned and on time. Since I do not have a washer / dryer in my unit I take all of my wash and fold here. SFC really takes care of their customers and put effort into getting to know them, they call me Mr. Hart :) I think it is so cool. I would recommend SFC over any cleaner in the marina/cow hollow, they are the best priced and have the best service and the coolest staff. Keep up the great work, it really makes you guys unique. Great Customer Service! Dry Cleaning prices were reasonable, but what makes me return is the alterations and repair of clothing. Â Kim, the new owner, gives me her honest opinion for all my alteration needs. Â She also takes the time to do my measurements correctly. Â I had 2 items that other businesses couldn't help me with and with a bit of time, Kim saved my 2 favorite items! Â They were a dress that had a rare type of trendy zipper and a faux fur replacement on a jacket. I dropped off my suit and sports jacket on 10-15-14 2:30pm'sh. Â Her rates are reasonable and only took two days to dry clean them. This sports jacket I have is used and had a small stain on the inside, what Kim explained to me is that depending on the stain, it may be difficult to remove and also cause the fabric to be discolored, because of bleach or other chemicals used. Extremely impressed. I live down the street and just hate doing laundry more than anything. Their wash and fold is absolutely awesome. Quick, efficient, clean, folded, nothing lost, smells good, nothing wrinkled and all neatly packaged. The people are super nice and friendly. Best option in the area for wash and fold. I wanted to keep Fox Cleaners in the family, honor Tim’s memory, and carry forth his original vision, but even more than that, I wanted to challenge myself personally and professionally.

I've been a dry-cleaning connoisseur for many years and am very particular about how my garments and households are cleaned and pressed. I think quality, convenient dry cleaning is one of life's ultimate luxuries.
