What do you love most about your job?
I love creating deep personal connections with individuals who are bold and courageous in the way they live their life. I love helping them develop the strategies and the mindsets to create lasting change in their life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my coaching business to help people in the place that I once was. Overworked, underpaid and undervalued without a plan or support system to help me out. I spent over 5 years developing my own blueprint for a meaningful life that spans through all domains, work, personal, relationships and community. I know that when people build foundational healthy habits into their life, anything is possible.

What separates me from other coaches is my authenticity. I have developed my business from my own experience. I know what it feels like to want to increase your performane in all areas of your life, but not know where to start. That's why I began my business and became professionally trained as a Life Coach. To do that I have surrounded myself with the best coaches and trainers possible to make sure that I am able to offer the best results to my clients.

Both. I work with clients through Zoom or Skype, but I will also work with them in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My business is 100% online because of COVID-19 and I intend to keep it that way for the forseeable future.
