What do you love most about your job?
I love solving problems for people in a creative way. There's no greater feeling than seeing a client smile after watching a project we just produced for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In the 2009 I saw a need for compelling storytelling in the world of corporate video. Once the merger of HD video and Youtube occurred I realized that every business website would, in fact, become a video marketing platform.
Every business has a story to tell. Every story builds trust and trust is what sells. Everyone buys from a position of trust. We simply help corporations, non-profits, and small businesses communicate that.

As a native Washingtonian, I created Foundation Digital Media to continue my passion for storytelling after a twenty-year career in Washington, DC network news.
I spent years traveling the country covering high profile events for CNN, FOX News Corp, AP and Tribune Broadcasting. Some of the more memorable events were the Timothy McVeigh and OJ Simpson Trials, numerous Presidential campaigns and countless hurricane hunting assignments. I also had the privilege to serve as a White House Press Photographer (1996-1999).
I was honored with the Edward R. Murrow Award for Excellence in Photojournalism for his work done at Ground Zero in NYC on Septemeber 11, 2001 and have also been recognized by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with five Emmy Award nominations, two of which resulted in bringing home the coveted statuette.
I have channeled all my life experiences as a videographer, editor and producer and transferred them into the world of corporate and small business video production where crafting a story, branding and identity are paramount.
My connection to the client, attention to detail and production value make my company (Foundation Digital Media) one of the most sought after video production companies in the region.
