I am a Licensed Counseling with a decade's worth of experience working with both adolescents and adults. I am specialized in working with clients who are looking to improve their overall self-esteem and sense of self. I provide online counseling and offer hours both early in the morning and late at night to help accommodate those who need to work around work and school.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people is the whole reason that I got into the counseling profession. I genuinely have a passion for working closely with people on identifying and meeting their personal goals for growth.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for a non-profit community agency for almost 9 years, I decided that it was time to expand my network to help those in my community.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me if they are looking to work with someone who can truly relate and empathize with what they are going through. My approach is centered around helping clients build insight into how their thoughts affect how they feel and behave. I then work with clients to come up with an individualized plan to help them make the necessary changes that are desired for personal growth.

At this time, I am solely remote and online. Clients can contact me via phone, email, or can make an appointment with me directly through my Headspace profile.
Online Therapy Services
I offer online counseling services to anyone who is in need. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I currently offer early morning and late evening hours, due to the overwhelming need for availability that coincides with school and work.
