What do you love most about your job?
Improved performance, I love seeing my clients improve their bottom line by over 30%. Become the Provost of one of the largest for profit University's in the U.S. Become a Service Chief of one of Nations Armed Forces. Improved performance is what I love most in this business. Knowing it was my clients efforts and my coaching that helped--Improve performance.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started this business over 12 years ago. In my first job after retiring from the Marines, I noticed a lack of leadership ability in an amazing number of folks in leadership positions. So, I figured it is best to part of the solution than complain.
Why should our clients choose you?
My clients are amazing. In our first interview, I am interviewing them as much as they interview me. I don't work with everyone. I work with those who have a desire to improve, to become the leader they always wanted to be; the one the organization wish they were, and are willing to invest in themselves. I am not for everyone. I am for those serious about their progress and willing to work. I need to know YOU are all in, because I am all in for YOU.

I use Zoom or Teams. On occasion we will use phone. When it is necessary we will go face to face.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Covid-19 and the like are real. Most, if not all, my coaching is via Zoom. Some are via MS Teams. We keep it safe.
