Security Management
Direct, supervise and coach leaders in all safety and security operations and oversee overall security staff, achieving quality of service and increased efficiency of safety and security measures
Emergency Action Planning
Develop and execute multiple emergency action plans, including emergency preparedness and response for active shooter, power outage, pandemic, bomb threats, and natural disaster procedures, resulting in streamlining emergency response for staff during emergencies
Safety and Security Training
Plan and deliver safety staff development training programs and oversee staff performance metrics for up-to leaders and staff, to include but not limited to:
-Defensive Tactics
-CPR, AED, BLS
-Arrest, Takedown and Escort
-Emergency Action
-Security Patrolling, Surveilance & Response
-OSHA General Industry 10 and 30 hour

Assess, reccomend and implement a security program based on client's needs by providing premier security and safety services for the comfort and convenience of all personnel and properties; services include but not limited to:
