Only complaint is that it’s not 24 hours so for that it will get 4 stars. I know a lot of people that would go to other gyms Bc they are 24 hour, you would get a lot more new customers.

I walked in to the FLEX-RX class clueless (I’m one pull up every few months type of gal) trying to change that.. the instructor josh was super helpful and made me feel included. Love it here. Been a member for 2 months now and it's great. Very clean, big and open, and what makes it the best is everything is always available. I’ve been looking for a gym for a few months now and Forge Rx was the 3rd one I visited today. Jessi and Eric were absolutely incredible and so so helpful. Took me on a full tour of the facility, asked what my fitness goals were and made me feel like a valued client. This place is amazing! By going to their classes in just 1 week I am seeing the best results I've ever had! The instructors are kind and helpful, the gym is really really nice, equipment is very new, people that go this gym are friendly too! Showers, childcare, classes... this place has it all! I just signed up and the best part is this gym is month to month no upfront annual commitments! I wish I could give 10 stars I'm now addicted to the gym and it's affordable! $25 bucks a month! I have been a member of Forge-Rx since Jan. 2018. The front desk staff are always friendly & helpful should you have a question. I have the basic gym membership which is perfect for my needs. They have workouts for the day posted in the gym on multiple whiteboards as well as a YouTube channel to display other helpful information. I’ve been going to this gym for a month now and my kids love the daycare and actually look forward to going into their classroom with their teachers. I love the classes and my instructors. Evan and Becca are so welcoming and I love that they encouraged me in every class to push myself and correct my technique if I’m doing something that could potentially injure me. Also the members are so nice the first day I got in there everybody made me feel welcomed and when we are doing exercises together they cheer me up and push me to finish strong.
