I help foster a fun and positive environment centered around my clients' goals and needs. I tend to shy away from the drill seargent personality but still keep my clients accountable. Everyone has different goals, needs and movement capabilities, which is why I focus on creating individualized programs for everyone. I do this through evidence-based practice and my clinical decision-making skills that are backed by my science background and experience as a personal trainer. Taking in account someone's nutrition, movement and recovery is essential in helping everyone reach their goals.

I love making connections with people and seeing them grow into the new version of themselves. It's rewarding seeing someone accomplish their goals.

I feel like I have a lot to offer regarding my education in exercise science and physical therapy and wanted to be able to reach more people while starting up my own brand.

There are few trainers that can match my background and expertise in exercise science and human movement. I am less than one year away from getting my doctorate in Physical Therapy and use many of the concepts that I have learned in school with my clients. On top of that, I have 5+ years of training experience at gyms such as Equinox. With my athletic background as a former professional athlete and knowledge in human movement, I believe I am one of the best and most knowledgeable trainers out there.

I run a combination of in person services in the NYC area, as well as online/remote programming. My online services include weekly check ins, nutritional guidance and an individualized fitness program catered towards your goals and needs through an app.
