Foothills Catering catered and bartended our wedding of about 75 guests. All our guests raved about the food. We highly recommend the artichoke stuffed chicken and the strawberry caprese salad. Also, one of our guests was gluten free and they were able to change their sauces in our buffet to gluten free to accommodate for our guests. They were efficient in their set-up and clean-up process. They also did a wonderful job of taking care of us (bride and groom) throughout the night offering us food and beverages when needed. We highly recommend Foothills Catering! More...

What’s your signature dish?
Our Prime Rib dinner is our most popular dish, we use a house special rub and slow cook the ribs for hours to get the perfect tenderness and flavor.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Taking the time to listen to our clients to determine what they want and what their budget is. This helps us to create the best menu for each individual client.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with people to help them enjoy one of the happiest days in their life. To make sure that the menu is something they do not need to worry about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Following in our parents footsteps. Working in their catering business helped to develop a passion for catering and event planning.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We require our staff to wear gloves and face masks at all times. We sanitize everything and keep hand sanitizer on the buffet tables. We can also have staff serve from the buffet if that is a concern.
