I like to be versatile and my background allows me to be flexible.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I have to speak with them and get an understanding of their preference of food and if they like to step outside of the box as well.
What do you love most about your job?
The interaction with the clients when they expectations are met or exceeded!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to have creative control is a big plus for me and to cook for clients on a more personal level.
